I'm on Debbie Rowe's side. So far as those children are concerned, she did all the heavy lifting.

I'm still in disbelief that this spledid artist has passed on. As a mother my first concern are the children...and then the fight for his money. I know that Debbie is the mom of 2 of the children and all children do deserve their moms, but it should be stipulated that the 3 children stay together with her then. I think in the best interest of the children they must STAY TOGETHER. And honestly away from the madness that MJ experienced growing up a Jackson. I think the 3 would be better off with Debbie Rowe. I pray that they will not be split up and if the 3 are given to the Jackson family, that Debbie Rowe have complete say in how her children be raised. God help that these children can grow up as "normal" as possible.
As a mother Debbie should fight with all her might for the 3!! Not just the two.

I find it amazing that the catalyst must be Joe Jackson to allow Debbie Row the pillar of motherhod,(yeah right)to now declare rights to those children. The rest of the Jackson sons have been married for years and raised families of their own. I have not heard where any of their children, have suffered or fell into destruction for having Joe Jackson as their grandfather. Those children will be surrounded by aunts, uncles and cousins who will love them to the fullest because their family and because of Michael, get a grip. MICHEAL WAS A GENIUS, and I am sure his desire to have those children remain part of his family was not something he just haphazardly thought about. Joe jackson is an old man that runs of at the mouth I dont take him seriously. IF YOU REALLY WANT TO HONOR MICHAEL HONOR HIS WISHES IN HIS LAST TESTAMENT AND LET HIM REST IN PEACE.

I agree with the above and will add on another point - if Debbie Row was such a good mom how come she sold her children to Michael in the first place? When they divorced she could have kept the children why did she agree to money instead? All she is interested is more money from MJ's estate - shame on her - if I were a judge I'd just kick her out of court. The children are better off staying with the family they have grown up with. Katherine especially must be in excruciating pain and am sure she is getting a little comfort from the children - don't punish her further by taking them away.

I am having a problem. I remember Michael making a recording "she's mine" with Paul Mac of beatle fame orBarry Gibbs. Since his passing, I've not heard this song played>is there a reason for this? Please comment on this or pass it on to someone who can.
Thank you
