It also appears that he's taken a page from his adultery idol, Tiger Woods, and gone to douche rehab. People Magazine is hard at work, helping it sound as if Jesse is a reasonable person:

"Jesse checked himself into a treatment facility to deal with personal issues," his rep said in a statement. Shannen Doherty voted off and Pamela Anderson in the bottom two while the no-rhythm horror that is Kate Gosselin gets to berate her instructor for another week. "Astronaut Buzz Aldrin survived to waltz another day on television's "Dancing With the Stars" contest on Tuesday, as "90210" actress Shannen Doherty became the first celebrity to be voted off this season. Aldrin, 80, the second person to walk on the moon in 1969, was saved by the public vote after having finished bottom with the judges following a stiff foxtrot and despite adding a little moonwalking to his Cha-cha-cha. An eliminated Doherty, 38, said she had entered the show to please her father, who is a big fan of popular ballroom dancing contest. "I think that dancing isn't really my thing," she said. Lindsay Lohan wants Michael to shut up "Lindsay Lohan's mom just exploded in anger because her ex-husband is holding a news conference about their daughter's problems. Dina Lohan tells TMZ it's outrageous Michael Lohan is trying to drag her into a public news conference. Dina says, "I have a criminal protective order against him 'til 2011. He's 1 year behind in child support and he's using this [Lindsay's problems] as a diversion." Dina says, "Lindsay is in good hands. Everything is fine." She adds, "He's trashing a child he doesn't even see."
More Hangover coming your way From Deadline: "Even before The Hangover opened, executives at Warner Bros and Legendary Pictures had commissioned a script for another installment. Who knew it would take six months of headache-inducing negotiations to make it happen? Finally, the participants have completed talks and are ready to sign deals to reprise. I’m told that Zach Galifianakis, Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms will each be paid in the vicinity of $5 million against 4% of first dollar gross. Director/producer Todd Phillips will be paid around $10 million against 10%. For Phillips, there are also escalators and bonuses that insure if the sequel does anywhere close to the original’s $467 million worldwide gross, Phillips will not make less than his income on the original. That meter is still running, and it has passed the $50 million mark. Why was The Hangover 2 such a difficult deal to put together? It was a perfect storm of leverage: the three stars made less than $1 million collectively on a film that became Hollywood’s biggest grossing R rated comedy ever. Those stars did not have options locking them into a sequel."
Damon on 30 Rock From Ausiello: "What Tina Fey wants, Tina Fey gets. Back in December, we informed Matt Damon that he was at the top of Tina Fey’s 30 Rock guest star wish list.
