Most exciting fitness program ever. Today
This is truly thrilling. One of the many, many annoying things about exercising is the boredom. And the no-real-goal-here-other-than-being-able-to-squeeze-my-ass-into-those-jeans feeling. And the tediousness. Okay, that was three things. Those three things will all be taken care of when you start Zombie Fit:
"What is functional fitness? We think it is the ability to perform any given task, at anytime, quickly and efficiently. Functional fitness and situational awareness are necessary skills that are lacking in today's society. ZombieFit hopes to change that.
What if you woke up tomorrow to find your city overridden with zombies, would you survive? This may seem childish, but by preparing for the impossible, you'll be ready for the improbable.
The keys to surviving Z-day are simple: Be able to lift and throw heavy things, run fast and for long distances, and be able to navigate obstacles and urban environments in an efficient manner. By following the ZombieFit WODs (workout of the day) and practicing parkour, you will achieve increased fitness through the performance of functional movements at high intensity and find within yourself the internal discipline and mental fortitude necessary to become a traceur."
Unfortunately, there are no zombies in this video. I must have misunderstood. I apologize for this post. Please continue to not exercise.

When people ask me why I run, I like to tell them that I am preparing for a zombie attack. I almost vomited with joy when I saw this post.

I think we're supposed to assume we're being chased by Zombies! The Zombie Fit workout is certainly based upon the fight-or-flight situations with cardio and resistance training through a whole manner of exercise routines from jumping and rolling, freefalls to parkour. It is defintiely fun and with the foam padded assault courses available the parkour is pretty safe - transferring these skills to a real-life urban environment can be a little bit more daunting!
