Corner House) and homemade (not by me) haggis dinner with friends. I also, for some reason, decided to go to the Interior Design Show. I always forget how I hate things like that. It's full of people and it's warm and uncomfortable and I see all these expensive bathtubs that I will never be able to afford, but which I know would make my life so much better. Rehab updates People: "David Arquette checked out of rehab on Sunday, nearly a month after he entered to seek help for "alcohol and other issues." "He has competed his treatment and has left," his rep tells People. And, adds another source, the actor is "in great spirits. He's feeling good and he's ready to move forward." And: "Charlie Sheen has checked into rehab. The actor "has voluntarily entered an undisclosed rehabilitation center today," the actor's rep says. "He is most grateful to all who have expressed their concern." News of Sheen, 45, seeking treatment comes after the actor was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital citing severe abdominal pain. Sheen's highly successful sitcom, Two and a Half Men, is going on hiatus due to the star's decision to enter rehab, according to a statement from CBS, Warner Bros."
The Rite takes the box office I didn't make it out to the movies this weekend as I was busy stuffing my face and leering at expensive faucets, but a lot of people went to see The Rite, which made $15 million. In second place was No Strings Attached with $13.6 million while The Mechanic made $11.5. The King's Speech got a nomination boost and increased by 41 per cent from last week to make $11.1 for fifth. Barbra Streisand and Seth Rogen: together at last "Barbra Streisand and Seth Rogen are finally hitting the road together in My Mother’s Curse. Paramount has greenlit the long-gestating road-trip comedy with Streisand and Rogen playing mom and son. Anne Fletcher (The Proposal) will direct the project with a script by Dan Fogelman (Cars), which he wrote based on his own experience traveling with his mother. Lorne Michaels and John Goldwyn are producing along with Evan Goldberg ... The movie has been in the works for at least a couple years. Streisand and Rogen were offered the roles last summer and expressed interest but a green light has been elusive. The story follows an inventor (Rogen) who invites his mother on a cross-country trip as he tries to sell his new product while also reuniting her with a lost love." THR.
KIng's Speech doing ever so well "Front-runners coasted to victory at Sunday's Screen Actors Guild Awards — lead performers Colin Firth as Queen Elizabeth II's stuttering dad in "The King's Speech" and Natalie Portman as a ballerina going off her rocker in "Black Swan," plus supporting players Christian Bale as a boxer on the skids and Melissa Leo as his doting but domineering mother in "The Fighter." "The King's Speech" also won the SAG award for overall acting ensemble. A day earlier, the film was an upset winner at the Directors Guild of America Awards, where its filmmaker Tom Hooper triumphed over David Fincher, who had been considered the favorite for "The Social Network." While Fincher's Facebook chronicle dominated at the Golden Globes and critics' awards early in the season, momentum abruptly shifted to "The King's Speech" in barely a week." AP.
Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are officially done "Tony Parker's lawyer slipped into a Texas courthouse Friday with legal papers that officially ended Tony's marriage to Eva Longoria ... TMZ has learned. And we've learned ... Eva's lawyer quietly filed papers Friday to dismiss the divorce petition she filed in L.A. County Superior Court. Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ both sides agreed that Texas was the proper place for the divorce because that's where the prenup was signed. TMZ broke the story about the dueling divorce petitions, but ultimately there was no conflict. We're told all issues connected with the divorce have been resolved and it was done in a very amicable way."

"Hip Hop mogul P Diddy has been blamed for many crazy things over the years - but a new court filing takes it to a whole new level! In a filing obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Valerie Joyce Wilson Turks is seeking a restraining order against the star, real name Sean Combs, accusing him of a whole plethora of wrong doings. According to Turks, the 41-year-old, along with his ex-girlfriend Kim Porter and LAPD brutality victim Rodney King, is responsible for the collapse of the World Trade Center amongst other outrageous alleged atrocities. I knew it. In the disturbing court documents, Turks claims that she dated Diddy, and that the two have a son together, Cornelius Wilson, 23 years old. She alleges that she has been subjected to abuse from 2001 – 2010 and that: "[Diddy] went through Kim Porter and Rodney King and knocked down the WTC and then they all came and knocked my children down. Set me up to be on disability and disabled my baby. he put my baby in a wheelchair." Valerie then goes on to say in her statement that is riddled with spelling and punctuation errors: "He date raped me 24 years ago and knocked me down him and Kim Porter and Wallace Wright, then Sean Combs and Kim and Wallace Wright came back 18 years later and raped and sexually abused my children and knocked my children down and crushed me and my children daily. Plus I won a lot of money at the casino in Mississippi and Sean P. Diddy Combs has my chip to my money. I heard he gave it to Gwen Allen to hold but she can not cash it in. I want my chip please help me. it's well worth over 100 zillions Is that all? of dollars, and my hospital keys. They put me and my baby in the hospital and broke my baby 2 legs and sexual assaulted my children and crushed us." Valerie is requesting a cool $900 billion dollars in child support, and $100 billion dollars for “loss of income.” The judge refused to issue a temporary restraining order That's the problem with the justice system right there. Katie's upset "Katie Holmes still has fan in her corner. The day after the actress' performance in Sundance flick, The Son of No One was panned - reports said there was a mass exodus before the end of the film - one of the crime drama's producers is coming to her defense. "Despite Katie's few scenes, she was fantastic in the role!" producer and sales agent Cassian Elwes tells UsMagazine.com. "We've already received three offers on the film. We're 100 percent behind her and the entire cast's performances in this film." As for reports that people left before the credits rolled, Elwes explains a projectionist mistakenly turned on the lights two scenes before the end of the film. "There wasn't a mass exodus," says Elwes. "The people who did see it, liked the film." That includes Holmes, 32. "She loves the film and she's great in it," Elwes tells Us. "She's very upset by this attack."
Top Chef mess "Tensions between Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi and Adam Dell, the father of her 11-month-old daughter Krishna Thea, are reaching a boiling point. A friend of Lakshmi tells PEOPLE the reality host is "devastated" that Dell made their custody battle public by filing court papers in Manhattan requesting more time with Krishna. "She said 'I'm living in a nightmare,' " the friend says. "She's a single working mother who is trying very hard to have a peaceful and calm environment for her daughter. The recent events are making it difficult." Another source says Lakshmi, 40, has "encouraged Mr. Dell to be in Krishna's life. [Krishna] needs to know her father and have a consistent relationship with him."
Kristen Stewart to play Snow White? From Deadline: "With word circulating that Viggo Mortensen is in talks to play one of the title characters in the Rupert Sanders-directed Snow White and the Huntsman for Universal Pictures, will Twilight Saga's Kristen Stewart end up with playing Snow White? Though the studio has been testing young actresses and no one is set, there are persistent rumors that Stewart looms large as a potential lead. Mortensen surfaces in the lead of that movie in a role that had been rumored for Michael Fassbender. But Fassbender never had an offer and he committed to the Ridley Scott-directed Prometheus with Noomi Rapace and Charlize Theron. Ironically, Theron is also starring in Huntsmen as the Evil Queen."
