All the details (not really) of J.Lo and Brad Cooper's date
I know you've been waiting to learn more about the new totally fake ridiculously glamorous couple that is Jennifer Lopez and Bradley Cooper. Fortunately Us has at least half a detail:
"Was Jennifer Lopez and Bradley Cooper's Per Se dinner a date, per se? "It was a date," an insider who lives in Bradley's carefully scruffy beard tells Us Weekly of the unexpected duo's private , two-hour meal Saturday at one of NYC's most expensive (and romantic) restaurants, where the $275-per-person price fixe is popular. I go there all the time when I don't feel like something really fancy. Cooper, 36, "has been after her for ages - calling her for a while," Not to be a stickler here, but "for ages" and "for a while" are not exactly the same thing. For example: "The mountains have stood for ages" vs. "My underwear have been creeping up for a while." the insider adds. (Cooper and Lopez, 42, were photographed gabbing together at a 2010 Fashion show.) Will they meet again? "We'll see," the insider says. "We'll see?" That's about the worst insidery I've ever heard. Poor showing indead. The New York Post's Page Six reports that newly-single Lopez "turned up in a white bandage dress looking ridiculously hot" for the meal, and she and Cooper seemed to be "heavily flirting" as they chowed down. Time out! It's been scientifically proved that you cannot flirt heavily while eating. You may be able to flirt moderately, but there is no way heavy flirting can take place while you're gnawing on a rib or trying to avoid spinach teeth. A rep for Cooper (who split with Renee Zellweger in March) said the meal was "for business regarding a project." The project, of course, being to make it seem like they were on a date.
