Depending on the source for this picture, it's either of Miss Kentucky or of Kylie Minogue. I personally think it's Kylie. Thank you to everybody (I won't name names) who suggested it. I like that we all share an appreciation for things that make 7-year-old boys giggle uncontrollably.
