When I saw this photo I thought that perhaps Katy had gathered the world press to announce that she's running for office on a platform of tax cuts, world peace, insane shoes and get-out-of-jail-free cards for anyone who throws smelly things at Russell Brand. Or, I thought, maybe she's figured out cold fusion. But no, this was the scene as she launched "the Katy Perry Lashes created by Eylure." The fact that she's wearing sunglasses while trying to sell fake lashes is a bit weird, but, as fake eye lashes is such a vital part of any person's everyday existence, she shouldn't have any trouble moving the merchandise.
