So now the sad cat is a sad tat cat. I don't know if this tattooing business is worse than cutting perfectly good tails off dogs because of some insane breeding standard or declawing cats because your furniture is super-important. But I do know that "Carpe Diem" is misspelled and that the sad tat cat (named Coco) doesn't look impressed.
