Whitney Houston's death to be ruled accidental? E!: "Whitney Houston's demise was a tragedy — and a tragic accident at that. The pop icon's sudden death on Feb. 11 is expected to be officially ruled an accident, a source with knowledge of the ongoing investigation confirms exclusively to E! News. And that appears to be just what those close to Houston suspected would happen ... While the actual cause of death was temporarily listed as "deferred" on Houston's death certificate pending the result of toxicology tests, "nothing suspicious" has been found to connect any physicians or other people of interest to Houston's case and the inquiry is nearing completion, the source says."
Spawn "Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are proud parents for the third time. The couple has welcomed a son in Santa Monica, a source confirms to People. The new addition joins big sisters Seraphina, 3, and Violet, 6. The couple announced they were expecting in August, with Garner telling Jay Leno in January that they knew the sex of the baby, but weren't sharing."
Cameron, Gwyneth, Reese and Beyonce are one-hit wonders Coming Soon: "Glee" co-creator Ryan Murphy is turning his talents to the big screen. Deadline reports that he's attached to write and direct a musical project called One Hit Wonders and that Beyonce, Cameron Diaz, Gwyneth Paltrow, Andy Samberg and Reese Witherspoon are all attached to star. The film will tell the story of three pop singers (Diaz, Paltrow and Witherspoon) whose careers peaked in the 1990s and who, today, decide to join forces to make a supergroup. Murphy, who is next slated to direct The Normal Heart with Mark Ruffalo, Julia Roberts and Alec Baldwin, will write alongside Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan and produce with Paltrow."
Ashton canoodles at Oscar party "Ashton Kutcher's Oscar party date for the past several years had been wife Demi Moore. This year, after he and Moore, 49, announced their split in November, it was Lorene Scafaria, the screenwriter with whom he toured Italy around Christmastime. Kutcher, 34, took 33-year-old Scafaria (Adam Brody's ex-girlfriend) to Madonna and Guy Oseary's annual Oscars afterparty, a source tells Us Weekly. The twosome mingled with the likes of Cameron Diaz, Diddy, Katy Perry, Leonardo DiCaprio and Abbie Cornish. Although Kutcher's rep has previously said he and Scafaria are platonic, their demeanor at a Feb. 25 X Prize charity bash suggested another story. "They were affectionate," an onlooker says. "They held hands, and she rubbed his back and neck."
Splitsville agreement "It sounds like one of Hollywood's most contentious custody battles is taking a turn for the better. A source confirms to People that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer, 43, and her ex-husband Kelsey, 57, have finally reached an amicable settlement in the case involving their two young children Mason and Jude. The two kids will stay in California with their mother, while Kelsey will be closely involved, according to the source, who also says a financial settlement is close to being reached. Kelsey, who is currently expecting twins with new wife Kayte Walsh, filed for sole custody of his and Camille's children last May, almost a year after Camille filed for divorce. The actor is currently looking for a home in the Los Angeles area so he can have a presence and be involved in his kids' lives, the source says."
