In the end, I DID get to go to the game. And, I will have you know, that despite my unhealthy infatuation with Mrs. Beckham's husband, I wore a red hat and cheered like crazy for the home team. And - also - while indoor football is a bit weird (especially on a night when they could have played outside), it was awesome to see and hear the full house at Roger's Centre.
