No, Sandra Bullock didn't "Has Sandra Bullock finally found her rebound man in Brett Ratner? A new story in In Touch mag claims that the Oscar winning actress, 47, and the director-producer, 42, having been hooking up - and recently packed on the PDA at a party following the 2012 Academy Awards. Alas, this particular story is extremely false and incredibly fake - just ask Bullock and Ratner! In a joint statement, the Blind Side star and Tower Heist director tell Us Weekly: "We think that it's incredibly sad that in these times, this magazine would resort to complete fabrication, solely for financial gain. There is not a shred of accuracy in their story. We have not seen nor spoken to each for over a decade. We both had a great time after the Oscars, just not with each other."

Making a Selection Deadline: "Leonor Varela (Blade II) and Martin Donovan (Boss) are set to co-star in the CW’s drama pilot The Selection, which has been compared to The Hunger Games. Based on the upcoming series of books by Kiera Cass, The Selection is described as an epic romance set 300 years in the future. Written by Elizabeth Craft & Sarah Fain and directed by Mark Piznarski, it centers on America Singer (Aimee Teegarden), a poor young woman who is chosen by lottery to participate in a competition to marry Prince Maxon (Ethan Peck) and become the next queen of a war-torn nation at a crossroads. Varela and Donovan will play Maxon’s parents, Queen Amberly and King Clarkson."

Bobbi Kristina gets everything Us: "Whitney Houston made sure her one true love would be taken care of before her untimely February 11 passing. The singer, 48, amended her will on April 14, 2000, leaving daughter Bobbi Kristina, now 19, everything in her possession. Bobbi Kristina will inherit her mother's money, furniture, clothing, personal effects, jewelry and cars, according to a 19-page court document obtained by Inside Edition. The money will be placed in a trust until Bobbi Kristina turns 21 in 2014. She will receive additional money when she turns 25, and will be given access to the rest of Houston's fortune when she turns 30. Houston's mother Cissy, 78, is the executor of the will; her brother Michael and sister-in-law Donna are the trustees. The "I Look to You" singer's ex-husband, Bobby Brown, is mentioned in the will but receives nothing."

Terra Nova to Netflix? Coming Soon: "Following Monday's announcement that Fox had cancelled "Terra Nova" after one season comes word that production company 20th Century Fox Television is in early talks with Netflix for the series to continue on the streaming service. "While discussions are merely preliminary, the move could make sense for Netflix as it continues its push into original scripted programming with fare including 20th Television's Arrested Development, which the company resurrected in November," says The Live Feed. "Terra Nova" averaged 7.5 million total viewers and 2.6 million in the adults 18-49 demographic for its 11-episode first season. The finale drew a 2.1 rating among adults 18-49 and an audience of 7.2 million."

Stargazing blog by Malene Arpe

  • Malene’s interests and hobbies include Schadenfreude, sci-fi and fantasy (good and bad alike), hilarious hair pieces, age-inappropriate celebrity crushes, messed-up starlets, waiting for the next Star Trek movie, hating Björk, creative profanity, disobedient robots, fake celebrity relationships, post-apocalyptic dread, singing super-villains, baseball, David Beckham (but only when he keeps his mouth shut), vampires and knitting tiny sweaters for her seven cats. That’s not true. Maybe.
