While you were sleeping

What... brought to you by Cameron Diaz and Chris Rock at the New York premiere of What to Expect when you're Expecting. (Simon Russell/Getty Images).

Who won The Voice? People: "After a season of tears, tough decisions and even a mini feud, the top four singers – Jermaine Paul, Tony Lucca, Chris Mann and Juliet Simms – performed on stage for the final night of competition on Monday. On Tuesday's live finale, their coaches – Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green – were just as nervous as their protégés ... "It is the moment we've been waiting for all season long," host Carson Daly said before announcing the results. Jermaine Paul, a former back-up singer for Alicia Keys, is the winner! Before reprising his performance of "I Believe I Can Fly" from the night before, an emotional Paul, a father of four, embraced his coach, who shouted, "You did it! You did it!" Juliet Simms of Team Cee Lo placed second, while Team Adam's Tony Lucca landed in third, followed by opera singer Chris Mann of Team Christina in fourth."

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO Coming Soon"Vince Vaughn is in negotiations to star in DreamWork's upcoming remake of the 2011 Canadian hit Starbuck, Variety reports. The original film was directed by Ken Scott and written by Scott and Ken Petit and starred Patrick Huard as David Wozniak, an adult slacker who learns that, as a sperm donor with the alias "Starbuck", he's fathered over 500 children. When a large group of them petition the sperm bank to reveal his identity, David has to decide whether or not to come forward while, in his personal life, his own girlfriend makes a decision about whether or not he should be the father of their potential child."

That could be delightfully creepy Deadline: "FX has put in development a drama series adaptation of Chelsea Cain’s best-selling book series Heartsick. The thriller novels, Heartsick, Sweetheart and Evil At Heart, center on beautiful therapist-turned-series killer Gretchen Lowell and her relationship with damaged Portland detective Archie Sheridan. Mikko Alanne (5 Days Of War) is set to write the series adaptation."

Preparing to get hitched Us: "Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were one of the most jaw-dropping couples on the red carpet at Monday's Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC ... Over the weekend, however, the recently engaged couple were their more typical low-key selves in the Big Apple at jewelry boutique Eli Halili in Soho - where Biel, 30, and Timberlake, 31, tried on wedding bands. Set to wed this August, the couple of five years spent over a half an hour Saturday in the shop with jewelry designer Eli Halili trying on wedding bands and perusing other pieces in the shop, including one-of-a-kind ancient rings and precious stone necklaces. Although they didn't select their wedding bands during Saturday's jaunt, the twosome did drop $6,500."

Rebecca Hall for Iron Man 3 Deadline: "Rebecca Hall is in talks to join Iron Man 3.  The Town star would take over the role in the Marvel franchise that Jessica Chastain was up for until this weekend. “I’m sorry to say that Iron Man 3 isn’t going to work out. My schedule is jammed packed and I can’t fit anything else in,” Chastain announced on her Facebook page on Sunday. If Hall steps into the role Chastain was considering, she will not be playing Iron Man 3’s female lead. Gwyneth Paltrow will return as Pepper Potts. Paltrow, who was in both previous Iron Man movies, made a short appearance as Potts with Iron Man himself Tony Stark AKA Robert Downey Jr. in the recently released The Avengers. Hall’s likely role will be that of a scientist rivaling Stark in her genius and skills. Shane Black is directing Iron Man 3. The sequel, which will shoot in China and in North Carolina LET'S HOPE THERE IS NO GAY MARRIAGES IN THE MOVIE THEN, OR THE SET COULD BE SURROUNDED BY ANGRY TOWNSFOLK CARRYING TORCHES AND PITCHFORKS, is scheduled to be released on May 3, 2013."
