Travolta's attorney, Marty Singer, tells the Daily News these latest accusations are nonsense, adding that his client has been back to the spa within the last six months. "If he was banned, do you think he'd ever go back? He's never been banned, I guarantee you . . . And then Radar has this: The sexual assault and battery lawsuit that an Atlanta-based masseur filed against John Travolta will never go to trial because both sides have agreed the case should be heard by a private judge behind closed doors in mediation, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. The unidentified male masseur, made the blockbuster claims against Travolta, several days after another anonymous man filed a similar lawsuit against the Grease star. According to the lawsuit, the second victim alleges that while working at an unspecified resort in Atlanta, Georgia on January 28, 2012, he did an in-room massage on Travolta, as the massage came to an end ...  REDACTED REDACTED REDACTED FOR THE SAKE OF EVERYONE ... Travolta started masturbating [with] about 15 minutes left in the session, and Doe Plaintiff No.2, said he had to go," the docs state. Travolta has vehemently denied the allegations of both lawsuits. "Marty Singer, and Okorie Okorocha have spoken and both are working on the ground rules for the evidence and procedure about how the mediation will proceed, and that process could take 1-2 months," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. If you're like me, you woke up today hoping for new details - real or made-up - about the contents of John Travolta's underpants. It's the kind of information that makes all our lives all that much richer. And now we know that a second masseur has crawled out of the litigation wood work and joined the suit against Johnny Wigs. But there also appears to be proof that Johnny couldn't have been in L.A. went John Doe says he was.

First this from TMZ: "John Travolta was 2,475 miles from L.A. the day a masseur claims the actor sexually assaulted him at a Beverly Hills hotel - and TMZ has obtained a photograph which could prove it. The photo was snapped January 16th in NYC. TMZ has confirmed both the location and date of the photo. The photo could torpedo the case of John Doe #1, an unidentified male masseur who filed suit against Travolta for allegedly grabbing his penis and scrotum the very same day ... during a massage session at the 90210 hotel. And there's more ...  a receipt from a meal Travolta ate at Mr. Chow in New York ... also on January 16th (below). The bill totaled $382 and the tip was $100  - the kind of generous tip for which Travolta is known. We've confirmed Travolta ate the meal at Mr. Chow. Another masseur filed suit against Travolta yesterday, claiming the actor tried to grab his penis during a massage session on January 28th in Atlanta. The same lawyer is handling both cases. Travolta's attorney Marty Singer calls both lawsuits "absurd and ridiculous."

And then this from Radar: The lawyer representing the two men suing John Travolta for sexual battery and assault and sexual harassment tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that he has been contacted by other potential accusers making similar claims and he’s investigating their allegations before deciding to take further legal action. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Travolta is being sued by two male masseurs that claim they were both sexually assaulted by the Grease star. Travolta's attorney, Marty Singer, has vehemently denied the allegations in both lawsuits, branding both men as liars. However, Okorie Okorocha, the legal ace attorney repping the unidentified masseurs, says that he thinks Travolta's denials are not to be believed. "By the time this case is over Marty Singer will have to accuse more than 100 men of lying because I have been contacted by people, mostly men SO HE LIKES WOMEN TOO? I'm currently in the process of investigating their claims and verifying the information before possible further action is taken." On Tuesday, the second masseur filed a lawsuit against Travolta alleging that while working at an unspecified resort in Atlanta, Georgia on January 28, 2012, he performed an in-room massage on the actor. According to the documents, Travolta was staying on the 15th floor of the upscale resort and he was referred to as Mr. White. The lawsuit claims that the plaintiff doesn't normally do in-room massages and asked a co-worker to take the assignment, but he declined because "Travolta has been banned from a spa that the coworker used to work at in Los Angeles." The lawsuit goes on to claim that on the morning of the massage Travolta had "a strange demeanor, bloodshot eyes and climbed onto the already setup massage table...Travolta removed the entire sheet from his body and he claimed the sheets were sticky and could not tolerate the heat...Travolta further indicated that he likes a lot of 'Glutes' work, meaning a massage on his buttocks... Travolta DEMANDED that Doe Plaintiff No. 2 come back and do it again, and he refused." Marty Singer told RadarOnline.com on Monday after the first lawsuit was filed, "The problem in America is anyone can sue anyone. However, in this case this unidentified plaintiff and his lawyer will regret they filed this fabricated suit. We intend to sue both of them for malicious prosecution." Meanwhile, Okorocha is standing by his clients and says, "If Marty Singer thinks he can sue me on the validity of Mr. Travolta's denials, and if he wants to file the lawsuit now, I will give him a waiver allowing him to proceed with it at this stage of the case, even though under California law he has to wait until he wins the case, and that absolutely won't be happening. It will never happen, he won't win, so we might as well get it over with now. Bring it on."
