Yes, I know it's all videos and more videos today. One of those days where I'm a bit distracted by my actual job ... Anyway, that doesn't detract from the seriousness of this next piece of robot takeover dirty vanguard tactics. There you are. All alone. Wondering if life is worth living. When you're sent a kissy robot pig to keep you company. Thus distracted, you don't notice when the tentacle robots start creeping in your window. And you still don't notice when a tentacle makes its way into your ear, methodically destroying the part of your brain dedicated to resistance and fight-the-power-ism. Fortunately for the continued survival of the human race, this baby robot will not be able to lull you into some sort of cuteness-induced false sense of security because all it makes you want to do is grab a baseball bat and smash its creepy little hands to dust.

Teaching future robot overlord to brush a cat is not a good idea

According to The Mary Sue, "Taylor Veltrop put this rig together using a Nao robot, a Kinect sensor bar, two Wii remotes, a head-mounted display, and a treadmill" to conduct this experiment. As I've often pointed out, it's good to have a hobby, but this particular one may not be in the best interest of humanity. As you all know, cats are here to observe us, take careful notes and transmit their findings back to other aliens. Allowing the cats to bond with the robots will ensure that when the robots take over, the aliens will help them, using thousands of years of data to enslave us. We will not stand one single chance. Don't say I didn't warn you, brush-boy.
