Whiny child still won't play with others People: "Guns N' Roses fans shouldn't hold their breath for a reunion of the original band members at this weekend's Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame ceremony. In an open letter released Wednesday the group's frontman Axl Rose says he doesn't plan to attend the ceremony in Cleveland and "I respectfully decline my induction as a member of Guns N' Roses to the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame." Referring to the band's falling out in 1996, Rose, 50, says having the group inducted would be "somewhat of a complicated or awkward situation." He adds, "I strongly request that I not be inducted in absentia … this decision is personal. I certainly don't intend to disappoint anyone, especially the fans, with this decision." Calling out former band mate Steven Adler for spreading "reunion lies," Rose says the only two original members he'd ever consider sharing a stage with again are Izzy Stradlin and Duff McKagan. Of the original rockers, famous for hits like "Welcome to the Jungle" and "Paradise City," Rose says simply, "Time to move on. People get divorced. Life doesn't owe you your own personal happy ending, especially at another's – or in this case, several others' – expense."

Unbelievably boring plot thickens somewhat "A man who worked at the Standard Hotel the night Lindsay Lohan allegedly attacked a woman claims he saw Lindsay there, and even broke up the fight. TMZ broke the story ... Marisa Dugas went to the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. and filed an incident report, claiming she was at Smoke and Mirrors inside The Standard Thursday night when she approached Lindsay's table and started talking to a guy, and Lindsay allegedly pushed and shoved her. Lindsay insists she was at home the entire evening. The man who worked that night tells TMZ ... he saw Lindsay in Smoke and Mirrors sitting with a group of people.  He says Marisa sat down near them and began speaking with one of the guys.  The man says people in the group started throwing ice at her.  Marisa got upset and a scuffle erupted.  He says Lindsay was part of the scuffle and he broke it up. The guy says the woman was escorted out of the club, where she cried hysterically and then said Lindsay hurt her, but she refused medical attention. There are no pictures that have surfaced of Lindsay at the Standard Thursday night, but the man says there is a surveillance video showing the back of the hotel, where Lindsay pulled in and later left. We have confirmed the man has spoken with cops, although we do not know how much detail he divulged. Sources tell us the L.A. County Sheriff's Department has already requested the surveillance tape three times from the hotel - but hotel management is refusing to give it up. It's unclear why."

Is Britney ready to join X-Factor? Us: "Is Britney Spears about to join the ranks of Jennifer Lopez and Christina Aguilera? On Wednesday, E! News reported that the pop superstar, 31, is close to signing a contract to be a judge on X Factor for a whopping $15 million. And one source close to the negotiations tells Us Weekly that the "Till the World Ends" singer is actually "getting $16 million." "No paperwork has actually been signed yet," the source explains. "But they finally came to terms. It was a long negotiation . . . Britney was a natural fit." The lucrative annual deal would be in the same league as those signed by Lopez on American Idol and Spears' former fellow Mouseketeer Aguilera on The Voice. After the firing of judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger and host Steve Jones following the disappointing first season of the FOX competition show, the source says the show needs Spears' star power "badly . . .You can't have Idol with J Lo and Voice with Xtina and have X-factor with, um, Paula Abdul?"

Splitsville update People: "Marc Anthony is making his split from Jennifer Lopez official. The musician, 43, filed for divorce on April 9 from the American Idol judge, 42, according to documents filed at Los Angeles Superior Court. The duo's separation date is listed as "to be determined," but they publicly announced their breakup in July. Citing irreconcilable differences, Anthony requests joint legal and physical custody of the couples' twins Max and Emme, 4. He is asking the court to deny her spousal support, should it be requested from Lopez."

I'd watch that Deadline: "A hot event cop drama project is hitting the cable marketplace. Written by Nic Pizzolatto, the 8-part series has Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson attached to star and Cary Fukunaga (Jane Eyre) to direct all the episodes. Titled True Detective, it is descried as an elevated serial narrative with multiple perspectives and time frames. It centers on two detectives, Rust Cohle (McConaughey) and Martin Hart (Harrelson), whose lives collide and entwine during a seventeen-year hunt for a serial killer in Louisiana. The investigation of a bizarre murder in 1995 is framed and interlaced with testimony from the detectives in 2012, when the case has been reopened. The concept is for the 8-episode first season to resolve the mystery at hand, with subsequent seasons using same structure but new characters and story."

It's official. Gary Ross is out of Catching Fire Coming Soon: "Gary Ross has elected not to return to the hugely successfull franchise. Lionsgate has released the following statement from the director: "Despite recent speculation in the media, and after difficult but sincere consideration, I have decided not to direct 'Catching Fire'. As a writer and a director, I simply don’t have the time I need to write and prep the movie I would have wanted to make because of the fixed and tight production schedule. I loved making 'The Hunger Games' – it was the happiest experience of my professional life. Lionsgate was supportive of me in a manner that few directors ever experience in a franchise: they empowered me to make the film I wanted to make and backed the movie in a way that requires no explanation beyond the remarkable results. And contrary to what has been reported, negotiations with Lionsgate have not been problematic. They have also been very understanding of me through this difficult decision ... Lionsgate also issued the below statement of their own: "We’re very sorry that Gary Ross has chosen not to direct 'Catching Fire'. We were really looking forward to making the movie with him. He did an incredible job on the first film and we are grateful for his work. This will not be the end of our relationship, as we consider Ross to be part of the Lionsgate family and look forward to working with him in the future." Catching Fire is planned for a November 22, 2013 release. The search is no doubt on to locate a replacement director as soon as possible."

Splitsville update "Arnold Schwarzenegger would like Maria Shriver to take him back, but he's not holding out hope and is at peace with the likely end of his marriage ... sources very close to the actor tell TMZ. As TMZ first reported, Maria has waffled on divorcing her hubby, partly because he still has a strong emotional hold on her and partly because divorce runs counter to her religion.  But we're told as time passes and both Arnold and Maria have created separate lives, divorce is looking more certain. We're told Arnold believes Maria's friends have done everything they can to poison the waters, imploring Maria to stay clear of him. And our sources say Arnold and Maria are already "very close" in working out a financial settlement. Whatever they decide, we're told both Arnold and Maria are in lockstep over one thing - making the break up as painless as possible for their kids."

Things that could have been Us: "Kevin Costner helped give Whitney Houston her big screen break with 1992's The Bodyguard, and had high hopes of making a film star out of another well-known beauty: Princess Diana. "Diana and I had been talking about doing Bodyguard 2," Costner, 57, tells Anderson Cooper in an interview airing on Anderson in May to promote Costner's History Channel miniseries Hatfields & McCoys. "I told her I would take care of her just the same way that I took care of Whitney." Producing and starring in the original flick that garnered the late Houston critical acclaim, Costner was willing to craft a role especially for the Princess of Wales in the follow-up. "She wanted me to write it for her. I said 'I'll tailor it for you if you're interested.' She goes, 'I am interested,'" Costner recounted to Cooper."

Shannen Doherty is full of regrets People: In her 2010 book Badass: A Hard-Earned Guide to Living Life with Style and (the Right) Attitude, Shannen Doherty said she had no regrets about her rocky past "because it's made me who I am today." But thinking about it more closely, she wishes she could do things differently after all. "My parents raised me better than [the person I portrayed in the media], and I regret ever hurting my parents," the former Beverly Hills, 90210 actress, 40, said on an episode of The Talk that aired Tuesday. "What's funny is the older you get, the more honest [with yourself] I think you actually become." Also on her list of regrets is lost job prospects. "I sit here and go, 'Wow, did I blow some major opportunities?' " she says. "I [blew] some huge opportunities in my career [that] I've had to work very, very hard to try and get back."

Look out, alleged false accuser "Lindsay Lohan and her attorney, Shawn Holley, will go to the West Hollywood Sheriff's substation and ask detectives to investigate the woman accusing Lindsay of battering her - investigate her for filing a false police report. TMZ broke the story, the woman claims Lindsay pushed and shoved her at the Standard Hotel Thursday night.  Two days later she went to the Sheriff's Department and deputies took an incident report. But Lindsay insists she was at home Thursday night watching "Homeland."  What's more ... there is not a single photo of Lindsay inside or outside the Standard Hotel on Thursday night, and that is highly suspicious. Filing a false police report is a crime in California, punishable by  6 months in jail. Holley tells TMZ, "If it's true that someone made false accusations against Ms. Lohan and reported those false claims to police, we will take appropriate action - which includes seeking the prosecution of that individual."

Amanda Bynes not drunk, her dad claims "Amanda Bynes's dad is standing by his daughter, following her DUI arrest on Friday. "She was not drunk," Rick Bynes tells People. "I was told that she blew a zero on the Breathalyzer. She didn't have a single drink that night. My daughter doesn't drink." Rick Bynes claims the the cop who arrested Amanda, 26, was at fault for pulling out in front of the actress as she was turning at the West Hollywood intersection where she was cited. Rick adamantly says his daughter was not impaired, explaining that she was arrested because "she was upset and very emotional." Adding that Amanda was released with no bail, Rick went on to say, "She is a good girl. She just chooses not to work, and because of that, people go after her."

Aniston and Sudeikis are The Millers Coming Soon: "The Horrible Bosses pair of Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis could be playing the leading roles in the New Line Comedy We're the Millers, Deadline reports. They say that Sudeikis is close to signing on with Aniston currently eyeing the project. The film, from Wedding Crashers screenwriters Bob Fisher and Steve Faber and Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story director Rawson Thurber, tells the story of a team of criminals that pose as an average American family in order to smuggle marijuana across the country in an RV."

Fun with break-ups "Melissa Etheridge's ex-GF Tammy Lynn Michaels claims she's barely scraping by on the $23,000 a month Melissa currently pays her in partner and child support - and now, she wants a massive raise ... this according to new court docs obtained by TMZ ... Tammy - a former actress - also claims she has "virtually no savings" and would need "extensive retraining" if she were to rejoin the workforce. Tammy claims Melissa is also brainwashing the kids - training them to be emotionally distant and rude to Tammy ... and now they won't even give her a hug. Tammy also accuses Melissa of cursing around the children - including one instance ... when she told Tammy to "get the f**k off my back" in front of the kids. According to Tammy, Melissa also refuses to let the kids get vaccinated. As for the reason behind the mudslinging - Tammy and Melissa are headed into a settlement conference in May to determine support and custody issues ... so it's important for Tammy to demonstrate she's the better mom. On top of increased support, Tammy also wants Melissa to pay her $120,000 legal bill. Calls to Melissa were not returned."

No Whitney sex tapes, Ray J says "Ray J is adamant ... he is NOT secretly harboring a stash of sexually explicit photos and video, depicting him and Whitney Houston in the throes of passion - because no such stash exists. There have been reports ... Ray is sitting on a hoard of sex tapes and XXX photos - holding them over the Houston family as ransom - because he knows they're worth a pretty penny. But Ray J's rep tells TMZ, "The despicable tabloid report released today claiming the existence of a sex tape between Ray J and Whitney Houston is not true ... There is no sex tape." Sources extremely close to Ray J tell us the singer insists he NEVER took sexually explicit pics of Whitney ... or recorded ANY of their intimate encounters."

Damn Deadline: "It’s a case of bad news/good news for Battlestar Galactica fans who have been flocking to the Web to watch an unauthorized trailer for the long-in-the-works offshoot Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome over the past 36 hours. After lengthy deliberations, Syfy has decided not to go forward with the project, about the young years of William Adama, as a regular TV series. Blood & Chrome, initially envisioned as a Web series, was greenlighted as a two-hour TV pilot in October 2010. Because of intensive post-production, including special effects, the pilot was not delivered to Syfy until last November. As of January, Syfy president original programming Mark Stern was quoted as saying that he the network brass were “trying to figure out the economics right now” and that he hoped those would be figured out. Now, the network has passed on the project as a regular series but is looking to do it as a digital one, while airing the already produced pilot on the network as a movie."

The Situation explains the whole rehab thing People: "After rumors circulated online that Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino had entered rehab, the Jersey Shore star Tweeted, "Don't believe everything you hear or read." Now he's gone a bit further to better explain his situation. "I have voluntarily taken steps to get control of a prescription medication problem I had due to exhaustion," Sorrentino, 29, wrote on his website. "I have spent the past several weeks getting treatment for this problem and recuperating from my work and appearance schedule. I appreciate my fans support and love you guys." On Tuesday, his rep clarified that he was not in a rehab facility, but rather, was "at an undisclosed location for for much-needed rest and recuperation after his extensive production and appearance schedule."

... or perhaps not "The Situation is in rehab not just for prescription drugs, but also for alcohol, TMZ has learned, and this turn of events could pose big problems for next season's "Jersey Shore." Sources involved in the situation (sorry) tell us ... the Situation went through detox at a facility before he checked into Cirque Lodge in Utah, and the detox involved alcohol. Our sources also say The Sitch is "very open" with other patients at Cirque about his drinking.  He discusses how his club appearances escalated his alcohol use. Now here's the problem for "Jersey Shore."  The Situation and alcohol have been tied at the hip for 5 seasons.  If the show allows The Situation to fall off the wagon to make the show better in season 6, they will look like crass enablers.  If they don't let him drink, there's a good chance they will lose viewers."

30 Rock goes live again Deadline: "After doing a live episode in October 2010, NBC’s 30 Rock will do it again next month. Co-star Alec Baldwin revealed the plan in an interview with Extra. “So watch Thursday night, April 26,” he told the entertainment newsmagazine. The 2010 live episode, done in part because 30 Rock was behind schedule in its production, was well received and earned two Emmy nominations, including one for director Beth McCarthy-Miller."

Spawn "Supernatural star Jared Padalecki and wife Genevieve Cortese have named their newborn son Thomas Colton, the actor's rep confirms to Us Weekly. Born Monday, he is the first child for the couple, who wed in Sun Valley, Idaho on February 27, 2010. Padalecki, 29, had previously told Us they would be taking their time before naming their little one. "We don't want to put it out there, like try and turn him into something before we meet the kid," the actor said in January. "We want to get a feel for who this kid is before we name him."

Charlie Sheen is happy Kathy Bates is playing his ghost "If casting Kathy Bates as Charlie Harper's ghost on "Two and a Half Men" was supposed to be an insult, it failed miserably - because Charlie Sheen is telling friends ... he's "honored" Bates will be playing his old character. In case you didn't know - Charlie Harper is scheduled to make a cameo on "Men" on April 30th, and exec producer Chuck Lorre thought it would be funny to cast Kathy Bates instead of Charlie Sheen. But the jab backfired ... because sources close to Charlie tell TMZ, the Warlock LOVES Kathy. We're told Charlie thinks she's an incredibly funny, talented actress - and is "honored" the two now share a connection. According to sources, Charlie can't wait to see Kathy's portrayal - and will definitely be watching the upcoming episode."

Adam Levine to join American Horror Story "Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine is already a major reality TV star thanks to his gig on NBC’s The Voice, but now the musician is switching over to scripted television. EW can exclusively reveal that Levine is in final negotiations to appear in season 2 of FX’s hit thriller American Horror Story. In his television acting debut, Levine will be playing a contemporary character and half of a couple called “The Lovers.” AHS producers are so fond of Levine that they are shooting around his summer touring schedule. While the second season of AHS, set to premiere on FX in October, has been cloaked in secrecy, we do know that original cast members Jessica Lange, Zachary Quinto, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, and Lily Rabe will be returning as entirely different characters. Co-creator Ryan Murphy has also said that season 2 will be set in on the East Coast and in a “horror institution.”

There's a surprise "Put the party on pause for this Jersey Shore star. Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino has checked into an treatment program. "He has spent the past several weeks at an undisclosed location for much needed rest and recuperation after his extensive production and appearance schedule," the star's rep confirms to Us Weekly while denying that it's substance abuse-related. No word if Sorrentino's status puts a wrench in the plans for MTV, who confirmed Monday that the ultra-tan house mates Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Vinny Guadagnino, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Deena Cortese and Pauly DelVecchio have been booked for a sixth season."

Wilde back to House "Thirteen is checking in one more time. EW has confirmed that Olivia Wilde is set to reprise her role as Thirteen in the show’s series finale, airing May 21. TVLine first reported. Wilde last appeared on the show in October, and left — seemingly for good — after House (Hugh Laurie) fired Thirteen. (He did it so she wouldn’t feel compelled to return to her post out of guilt.) Well, obviously it won’t stick. The question now is, how will she return? As a patient? (Her character has long suffered from Huntington’s disease) A doctor? Or in a dream? (Hey, crazier things have happened.)"

Splitsville People: "Following a celebratory awards season with the success of her supporting role in The Artist, Penelope Ann Miller has some news that isn't so joyous. The actress, 48, filed for legal separation on March 14 from James Huggins, her husband of nearly 12 years, according to documents filed in the L.A. Superior Court. The exes have two children together – Eloisa, 11, and Maria, 2 ½. Miller cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. She requested to terminate the court's ability to award spousal support to Huggins. She has also asked to have sole legal and physical custody of their children, with her ex receiving child visitation rights."

Eddie Izzard in Munsters series Deadline: "Eddie Izzard is in final negotiations to star in and produce NBC’s Munsters reboot Mockingbird Lane. Izzard is the first actor cast in the pilot, written by Bryan Fuller and to be directed by Bryan Singer. Mockingbird Lane is described as a reinvention of the 1960s sitcom about a family of “monsters” that has striking visuals in the vein of Fuller’s ABC dramedy Pushing Daisies. Izzard will play Grandpa, the Munster family patriarch, a powerful, ancient vampire with an irrepressible twinkle in his eye. He can shapeshift into rats, wolves, and other creatures at will, but he’s also dapper and charming in a fedora; he is a Don Juan-type womanizer with penchant for flashy, sexy outfits."

Unconfirmed Spawn "When Reese Witherspoon turns 36 this Thursday March 22, she'll definitely have something extra to celebrate: A baby on the way! As multiple sources confirm exclusively in the new Us Weekly, out now, the Oscar-winning actress is pregnant with her third child, and her first with second husband Jim Toth, who she wed last March at her $7 million ranch in Ojai, Calif. after over a year of dating. "Reese is right around 12 weeks," one source explains, adding that the This Means War star is "not planning to announce it." The baby-to-be will join older siblings Ava, 12, and Deacon, 8, Witherspoon's kids with first husband Ryan Phillippe, from whom she split in 2006 after 7 years of marriage.  Pals of Witherspoon and high-powered CAA agent Toth, 41, aren't shocked by the happy news. "Reese and Jim have been trying to get pregnant," one pal says. And now that the A-list couple are breaking the news to a small circle of friends, their baby joy is obvious. "The timing is right," one source says. "She's so happy!"

New epic love biscuit alert "Their secret is out! Weeks after Us Weekly exclusively broke the news that Amanda Seyfried, 26, has been dating Josh Hartnett, 33, since January, the couple stepped out together in Hollywood Saturday. After the two stars left Seyfried's home (which she shares with older sister and personal assistant Jennifer), they went grocery shopping at Trader Joe's, where they picked up yogurt, tortilla chips, cereal, bread and juice. One night earlier, Seyfried and Hartnett met up with friends at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont. At one point, Seyfried "sat in Josh's lap with her arm around him, and took his knit hat, placing it on her head as she looked at him," an eyewitness tells Us of the affectionate duo. "Josh seemed considerate and Amanda really seemed to be loving the attention and looks he gave her." Hartnett isn't the first A-list actor Seyfried has romanced; the Gone star's previous loves include Dominic Cooper, Ryan Phillippe and Alexander Skarsgard."

Chase and Aykroyd: together again Coming Soon: "Dan Aykroyd and Chevy Chase have plans to re-team for a new comedy, Aykroyd revealed today on his Facebook page. "Chevy (Chase) and I are about to start work on a script concept for a comedy movie," he writes. "Cannot say too much about the concept, but the joy of working with him again is one that I am extremely excited about. Chevy is one of my favourite people, and one of the great anarchistic and physically committed comedians in the business." Both comedians began their careers on "Saturday Night Live" and, over the years, have teamed for a number of film projects, including John Landis' Spies Like Us and Aykroyd's sole directing credit, 1991's Nothing But Trouble. Though that was their last teaming on the big screen, the pair both lent their voices to 2009 episode of "Family Guy" entitled "Spies Reminiscent of Us."

Spawn "Home Life just got sweeter for Josh Lucas. The actor, 40, quietly got married last weekend, his rep confirms to People. The bride was identified only as Jessica, with whom he attended the J. Edgar premiere in November. No other details were immediately available, but the rep also confirmed that the couple are expecting their first child together. Lucas, who was previously romantically linked with Rachel McAdams, revealed in January that he was engaged, saying on The Tonight Show he popped the question after he had a scary encounter with a mountain lion while filming a movie in Big Sur, Calif. Lucas told Jay Leno that after scaring the animal away by screaming, "I worked my way into the trailer and I got in and I decided at that moment that this woman was the woman for me."

More spawn "Modern Family star Ty Burrell and wife Holly have adopted their second baby girl, the actor's rep confirms to E! News. Their daughter joins big sister Frances, 2. The Burrell family has chosen to keep the details of their recent adoption - including their daughter's name - private for now. Like his character on the ABC comedy, Burrell already feels like his daughter Frances is growing up too fast. "I am just in complete denial that she'll ever be over 13," the Emmy Award winner, 44, told Us Weekly at The Paley Center for Media's PaleyFest in Beverly Hills Wednesday. "She's so cute. She's getting cuter every moment. I'm in a very blissful period with her."

Thanks for clearing that up "Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina isn't fazed by her granny's accusations she's committing incest by hooking up with her "adopted" brother - telling friends, she's gonna do what she wants ... no matter what. Sources close to BK tell TMZ, the 19-year-old finally 'fessed up to her close buddies ... she and 22-year-old Nick Gordon are dating - ten years after Whitney unofficially adopted the boy because he was having problems at home. TMZ broke the story ... Bobbi's grandma Cissy Houston saw the video we posted - showing Bobbi and Nick holding hands and kissing on a lunch run in Atlanta this week - and told a close friend, "What [Bobbi and Nick] are doing is incestuous." But Bobbi couldn't care less - telling friends ... she doesn't give a damn about what Cissy thinks about her controversial relationship ... and because Nick's not her blood brother, she definitely doesn't consider it incest. As one source put it - Bobbi "can't please everyone, so she is going to please herself by doing what she wants to do for once." As for the maybe engagement ring Bobbi was wearing - we're told she's been mum on what it means ... but cryptically told friends, she and Nick ARE planning a trip to Vegas in the near future."

Fox and Saldana: Together at last Deadline: "Paramount Pictures has acquired the action-heist spec script Swindle, which will be developed by Moneyball producer Michael De Luca as a star vehicle for Megan Fox and Zoe Saldana. The actresses will produce with De Luca. Enzo Mileti and Scott Wilson wrote the script. The storyline is being kept under wraps but the spec sold after both Universal and Paramount chased it. The project came out of a desire by Fox and Saldana to do a movie together.'

Russell Brand arrested "Russell Brand was arrested for allegedly grabbing a photog's cell phone and firing it through the window of a New Orleans law firm ... TMZ has learned. Russell turned himself in to New Orleans police. He was subsequently released. TMZ broke the story ... Russell got pissed Monday night, after a photog began taking pictures on his iPhone.  Russell allegedly took the cell phone and hurled it through the window of a law office. The photog got the phone back and Russell agreed to pay for the window, but that didn't satisfy cops and prosecutors. A warrant was issued for Russell's arrest." Oooh, there's an odd-looking mug shot and everything.

Spawn talk People: "Lady Gaga showed off her maternal side during a recent chat with Oprah Winfrey. The "Born This Way" singer, 25, told Winfrey – in an episode of Oprah's Next Chapter that airs on OWN Sunday – that not only does she "want kids," but she wants a "soccer team" full of them. "Yeah, yeah, I do," a (relatively) conservatively dressed Gaga told the talk show host, 58, when asked if she was serious about wanting a large family. "I mean I'm being superfluous [about the soccer team], but I don't want to have one [child], I want a few." Gaga adds that she also wants a husband. Making a gesture to indicate a baby bump, the singer tells Winfrey, "I want to experience that." But don't expect her to settle down anytime soon. Gaga wants a family – just "not yet," she says with a smile."

More spawn talk "Is Louis Bullock about to become a big brother? Not so fast. Two tabloid mags reported that Sandra Bullock was deep in the process of adopting another child - one to join son Louis, 2, whom she adopted in early 2010. "She has no plans to adopt at this time," a rep for the Blind Side actress, 47, tells Us Weekly. Single since her messy 2010 divorce from Jesse James, Bullock was gushing to a pal at an Oscars afterparty Feb. 26 about her not-so-little man. "He's getting so big!" the star exclaimed. Pointing to her hip, she said, "He comes up to here on me now!"

No one did anything wrong. At all "Peter Facinelli and Jennie Garth may be putting an end to their 11-year marriage, but it's not because either star had an affair. "There are rumors out there which are completely untrue and hurtful to our family," Facinelli and Garth tell Us Weekly in a statement. "We just want to make it very clear, there are no third parties involved." The couple met in 1996 while filming the movie An Unfinished Affair; they wed on January 20, 2001 and announced their split Tuesday. The Nurse Jackie actor, 38, and the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 39, have three daughters: Luca, 14, Lola, 9, and Fiona, 5. "We both share the same deep love and devotion to our children," they told Us in a statement Tuesday. "We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together." Post-split, Facinelli was spotted riding his Triumph motorcycle in L.A. Wednesday. Noticeably missing? His wedding ring."

Someone may be doing something wrong TMZ: "Cissy Houston - Whitney Houston's mom - has reacted fiercely to the video we posted Wednesday ... showing Bobbi Kristina and Whitney's "adopted" son Nick Gordon in a romantic grip, and then kissing. Cissy told a close friend, "What they're doing is incestuous."  Cissy feels her granddaughter has problems and Nick is taking advantage of her.  Although Whitney never formally adopted Nick, she considered him her son and Bobbi called him her brother.  For his part, Nick called Bobbi his sister. Cissy is so concerned that Bobbi has become impressionable and therefore an easy target for Nick, she's asking the Whitney Houston Estate to take legal steps to get him evicted from Whitney's home - where Bobbi Kristina is also living."

No 24 for a while Coming Soon: "In some unfortunate news for 24 fans, Deadline is reporting that the big-screen version of the real time television series won't be moving forward this year as originally planned. Word of a 24 film began last year when star Kiefer Sutherland confirmed plans to bring Agent Jack Bauer back for a feature. Recently, there was even news of a proposed start date in late April or early May. Plans now put the project on indefinite hold with shooting scheduled for 2013 at the earliest. Written by Mark Bomback and Billy Ray, the 24 film is allegedly planned to continue directly from the series' finale, jumping forward in time by about six months. Like the show, the film will be set over a 24 hour period but (of course) will not actually play out in real time."

Spawn "Charlize Theron has joined the Hollywood mom's club! The actress, 36, "has adopted a child," her rep says in a statement to People. "She is the proud mom of a healthy baby boy named Jackson." Jackson is the first child for the South African-born Theron, who recently starred in Young Adult. She won an Oscar for her role as a serial killer in 2003's Monster. No further details about her new addition were released."

And yet more spawn "There’s a baby on the way for Brandon Routh and Courtney Ford! The couple, who married in November 2007, will welcome their first child this summer, they tell People exclusively. “It’s been so hard keeping the news to ourselves,” says Routh, 32, who’s currently filming the CBS pilot Partners. “Everyone on set keeps asking, ‘Do you have kids?’ and I’ve had to say, ‘Well … not yet!’ It’s the truth. The baby hasn’t been born yet!” Staying silent was tough on Ford — who just wrapped a six-episode arc on Parenthood as Lily – as well. “It started getting difficult to hide what was happening,” the actress, 33, tells People. “Flu and food poisoning excuses only work for so long, and by the last episode I could no longer button my pants! I just tried to joke that I had a big lunch!”

Idol contestant will be kicked off the show "Jermaine Jones will be kicked off "American Idol" Wednesday night, after producers learned he concealed the fact that he was arrested twice last year and has outstanding warrants ... TMZ has learned. As we first reported, producers discovered Tuesday that Jermaine had lied about his criminal history and that triggered the decision to confront him on camera Tuesday afternoon. We're told one of the incidents involved violence, which was particularly troublesome to producers.  He also lied to cops by giving them fake names both times he was arrested. "A.I." sources tell us ... Jermaine will appear on the show tomorrow night before he is sent packing. Over the last few days, we've been reporting that Jermaine told producers his father abandoned him 10 years ago, but his dad called TMZ and called B.S. on his son, saying they see each other regularly. Jermaine began tweeting that he never told producers about his dad abandoning him.  We're told the producers -- who knew Jermaine had made the statement -- became generally suspicious and began looking more closely at his background, and that's what led to the revelation of his criminal history."

Splitsville "Sad news for Peter Facinelli and wife Jennie Garth. After 11 years of marriage, the Twilight Saga actor, 38, and Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 39, have split, they tell Us Weekly in a statement. "While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children," Facinelli and Garth tell Us. "We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together. We ask for privacy and respect during this time." The pair share three daughters: Luca, 14, Lola, 9, and Fiona, 5. It was first marriage for Facinelli and the second for What I Like About You's Garth, who was married to Daniel Clark from 1994 to 1996."

Real-life love biscuits to plays on-screen love biscuits Coming Soon: "Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis are set to headline a comedy called Relanxious, Deadline reports. The supporting cast will include Brie Larson and Fred Armisen. Wilde and Sudeikis will play Barrett and George, a pair of would-be-lover whose dreams are torn to pieces by her anxiety and his agoraphobia. Larson (who stars in this week's 21 Jump Street) will play Barrett's sister with Armisen serving as George's only friend. Relanxious will be helmed by first time feature director Christopher Storer, who also provided the screenplay."

Bear Grylls is done drinking his own pee for your amusement "He has conquered thirst, pain, driving snow and flesh-eating piranhas. But contract negotiations? Not so much lately. Bear Grylls has been fired from Discovery's Man vs. Wild after filming six seasons, according to The Hollywood Reporter, citing an apparent feud over whether he'd do two other projects. "Due to a continuing contractual dispute with Bear Grylls, Discovery has terminated all current productions with him," a network spokesperson says. As for Grylls's future, that'll depend on his survival skills. "Bear's goal has always been to make life-empowering shows for his many fans around the globe, and he has taken great risks to bring Discovery such award winning programming over seven seasons," his rep, Heather Krug, tells People. "Unfortunately, Bear and Discovery have not been able to come to mutual agreement on new programming, and he disagrees with Discovery's decision to terminate current productions," she continues."

Spawn Us: "James Van Der Beek is now a proud papa, two times over! The Dawson's Creek actor announced via Twitter Tuesday that he and his wife of 18 months Kimberly Van Der Beek (formerly Brook) welcomed a son into the world. "Had my first son this morning…Well, actually, my wife had him. I just caught him. Wow. Heart expanding way faster than my brain..," the 35-year-old tweeted. "If you could bottle up and distribute this feeling, I swear there'd be no more war. #fatherhood," he added. No word what the little one's name is, but this is the second child for the Van Der Beeks: their daughter, Olivia, is 17 months."

Russell Brand accused of throwing phone "Russell Brand has been named in a police report in New Orleans  ... by a paparazzo who claims the actor snatched his cell phone out of his hand and fired it through the window of an abandoned building ... TMZ has learned. Sources tell TMZ .. a photog named Timothy Jackson filed the report, citing "criminal damages" over an incident that went down Monday night. Jackson told cops he was with a group of photogs ... when he began to shoot Brand with his iPhone. Jackson claims Brand flipped out, wrestled the phone out of his hand ... and then Nolan Ryan'd it at a nearby building, shattering a glass window. The pap immediately filed a police report. No word if he got his phone back. Calls to Brand's rep have not been returned. Law enforcement tells TMZ ... cops are investigating the incident and would like to speak with Brand ASAP."

Kim Kardashian upset with Jon Hamm People: 'Kim Kardashian is a little mad at this man. The reality starlet, 31, took Jon Hamm to task for recently telling Elle UK that she and her former BFF Paris Hilton are "[expletive] idiots." Explaining that although she has "respect" for the Mad Men star's opinion, "Not everyone takes the same path in life." "We're all working hard and we all have to respect one another," she Tweeted on Monday. "Calling someone who runs their own businesses, is a part of a successful TV show, produces, writes, designs, and creates, 'stupid,' is in my opinion careless." Hamm used Kardashian and Hilton to illustrate that "stupidity is certainly celebrated," in the U.S., adding, "[It's] a valuable commodity in this culture because you're rewarded significantly."

Woody Allen goes to Copenhagen Coming Soon: "A few weeks back, Allen won his fourth Oscar for his screenplay for Midnight in Paris and on June 22, his next movie Nero Fiddled will take him to Rome. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Allen's next untitled film will take him to Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, as he continues his tour of European cities. According to the story, Allen's collaborator on these European films, producer Letty Aronson, is in talks with Danish producer Per Holst (Per the Conqueror) to set up the production for a 2013 shoot in the Danish city with help from the Danish government who are looking to attract international co-productions. As has been the case with Allen's other European films, one can probably expect to see some of Denmark's finest acting talent being tapped to star in the film. As has generally been the case with Allen's work, he won't have any sort of plot revealed before production."

Madonna shares a bruise

Us: "Madonna is currently gearing up for her ninth full-length tour, and from the looks of her condition at rehearsals, things have been rather rough and tumble. The singer, 53, posted three pics to her official Facebook page, sharing with her 8.2 million fans the behind-the-scenes damage she's been incurring during rehearsals. "Bruises on my leg from rehearsal," she posted under one pic, adding "heart shaped bruise on my ass" to another. But bruises aren't the only damage the "Gimma All Your Luvin" singer has faced she's suffering a fat lip, too."

Gosling and Mendes didn't split "Sorry, everybody: Ryan Gosling is not back on the market. Over the weekend, the Daily Mail claimed that the lusted-after actor, 31, was mulling a breakup with girlfriend Eva Mendes - and took a top-secret trip to Cape Town, South Africa, where he allegedly was spotted having a sexy dinner date with a sexy blonde German model. But a source close to the couple tells Us Weekly that Gosling and his Place Beyond the Pines costar, 38, are doing just fine; Mendes rep also slammed any split talk to the Daily Mail. As for Gosling's supposed jaunt to South Africa? As blog Lainey Gossip points out, Gosling never left Bangkok, Thailand, where he's been filming Only God Forgives for over a month; indeed, Mendes was photographed with her man in Bangkok on Thursday."
