Damien Cox, the Star's hockey columnist and associate sports editor, takes turns stirring up trouble and chuckling at the foibles of the sporting world. I must say that under normal circumstances the Wings are a much better team. Keep in mind that the Hurricanes laid-down in 4 games vs the Pens while the Blackhawks banged-up the Wings pretty good in 6. Also, Pavel Datsuk, the best 2-way player in the league has sat-out 4 games and is still not 100%.
