'Lucky' world premiere

A moving look at post-apartheid South Africa, Lucky left me numb. It was a brillant look at the impact of racism and AIDS on Indian and African communities by a very talented director. Avie Luthra  said the inspiration for the movie was seeing a young boy by a graveside crying. Next stop: Scotiabank and a Brazilian film at the Scotiabank theatre.  -- Debra Black
