Looks like my source from the league was right about Abdus Ibrahim.
TFC and FC Dallas were in fact working on a trade for the 16-year-old striker, only it went down today instead of Thursday.
Ibrahim, who has been working out with TFC for about two weeks officially becomes a member of the team, and Dallas receives a conditional draft pick in 2010.

wow - this kid is young. do you think he will actually be selected for the senior team roster or will he just be working out with the reserves for the remainder of the year?

I assume he'll be playing with the reserves, and may get some time on the senior bench depending on injuries, etc.. as we don't really have much depth at striker.
Also, I believe the Conditional Draft pick will be our First or Second rounder(depending on how much/well he plays between now and then) and also FC Dallas get 50% of Transfer fees if we sell him to Europe.
Good job catching this one Morgan.

Buzz Carrick said that we should not expect him to suit up for TFC this year. Since he is part part of our team and available to our media now, can you find out of his family is in Toronto or will he be commuting to Minnesota.
