Sarah Palin shafted by Fox?

Palin

Sarah Palin says she is "sorry" that Fox News Network cut her scheduled interviews during the broadcaster's Republican National Convention coverage Wednesday.

"I’m sorry Fox cancelled all my scheduled interviews tonight because I sure wanted to take the opportunity on the air to highlight Senator John McCain’s positive contributions to America, to honor him, and to reflect on what a biased media unfairly put him through four years ago tonight," Palin, McCain's 2008 vice-presidential nominee, wrote on Facebook Wednesday.

Fox executive Bill Shine has said there was no ill will behind the decision. Palin was bumped because of the convention's abbreviated schedule, which forced Fox to rejig its plans.

Indeed, Palin, who has served as a paid Fox commentator since 2010, appeared on air earlier this week while campaigning in Arizona for congressional candidate Kirk Adams.

In a couple of years I suspect that Palin will be a footnote in political history. She has nothing to offer except to maybe show a pit bull how to wear makeup.
