'Complicated' weather system coming to GTA

Environment Canada is calling the weather situation “complicated,” as temperatures fluctuate below and above the freezing point.
A complex, low-pressure weather system developing in Colorado will begin moving eastward, hugging the lower great lakes and bringing moist, temperate conditions.
The GTA is expected to get around 15 mm of rain and temperatures are forecasted to climb to a few degrees above freezing tonight and into Monday.
Areas around Lake Erie and to the southwest will receive extra rainfall with a risk of thunderstorms, and snow and freezing rain could be a possibility for areas north and east of the GTA, including Ottawa.
Uncertain patterns and timing will require constant monitoring of this developing weather system.

Maybe a better choice of words, including being more accurate, would be "complex" not complicated.
That implies you personally are perplexed by its meaning!!!!!
It seems to me to be simply "varied".

Weather warning: It may snow, sleet, rain, or clear up later today. High's are expected to be higher than usual at this time of year, but lows may be lower than what we are accustomed to. Expect the wind to blow, and the sun to try and shine through the clouds. We really don't know, so lets just say the weather is complicated today, fair enough?

I'm glad you guys have finally stopped trying to predict the weather (considering your crappy job so far this winter season) and finally stuck with something that people can't blame on your pure stupidity regarding the subject, by calling it 'complicated'.
