Has there been a problem with privately owned rifles being trafficked from Canada to murderous third-world regimes? Or even a single instance? Ever?<br />
The treaty may be well-intentioned, but the greater worry here in Canada should be the anti-recreation lobby using it as an excuse to foist another long-gun registry on Canadians, logic be dammned.</p>
