For all those who say "I didn't know" there are oh so many who cannot sleep at night for the memories of what they didn't do to help protect the safety and lives of others --- known or unknown. This a type of transparency we need. If we do not monitor our own behavior then, ultimately, our friends will step in to help us do that. A terrific undertaking that, as it properly evolves, will remain objective in its data collection and reporting, giving us all a mirror in which to observe the world around us.
