BREAKING: A different Rob Ford resigns

Untitled-1

The WCSC report on Rob Ford.

Brace yourself, world: At long last, the other shoe finally dropped moments ago with the announcement Rob Ford is quitting amid allegations of ethical violations.

Except it's the other other shoe -- an alternate-universe Rob Ford, who hails not from Toronto but from South Carolina.

The gory details, which have nothing to do with smoking crack or saying "anything else?" like a broken record, are here in this breaking news report from Live 5 WCSC in Columbia.

"State Sen. Robert Ford has submitted a letter of resignation Friday morning while a State Ethics Committee continues to investigate whether or not he improperly used campaign funds."
