Jukari

Seems like I did such a great jub with Aerial Yoga that I'm now the go to guy on covering fitness programs that are based on acrobatic feats!

 A Jukari - Fit to Fly class at Kingwest Fitness in Liberty Village in Toronto. Jukari Fit to Fly is Cirque du Soleil inspired and developed workout that combines  cardio, strength, balance and core training using hanging ropes and a weighted trapeze bar.
