BERNARD WEIL - Chris relaxes during breakfast time at the Toronto Friendship Centre.  After 40 years, the drop-in centre for the homeless at Dundas/Sherbourne is slated to lose city funding on December 31, dramatically reducing its hours and service. City staff determined late last year that the centre was not meeting the terms of its funding criteria.
