Can Justin Trudeau save the Liberals?

Justin Trudeau is expected to announce his bid for the Liberal Party leadership. He has a famous father and a mean right hook, but can he lead the Liberals back into power?

Also today, Ontario Energy Minister Chris Bentley has called the $40 million deal to cancel an Oakville power plant "a very good deal for taxpayers". We discuss why the Liberals have cancelled two power plants, and whether the contempt of parliament charges brought against Bentley by the opposition have any merit.
