The Olympics seems to have stirred up some extra energy in Prince Harry.

Having spent two weeks in the royal glare as he bounced from event to event, the 27-year-old prince jetted off to Las Vegas over the weekend with a few friends and quickly made a few more as he mingled poolside at MGM Grand's Wet Republic.

J-loFor the most part, he was largely inconspicuous among the sun worshippers at Saturday's Wet Republic bash, especially since there was someone else close by also making a big splash -- Jennifer Lopez. She was hosting a party just metres away from his VIP bungalow at the pool (right).

Dressed in a a red flower-covered swim suit, sunglasses and white at, Harry cradled his glass of Grey Goose vodka and chatted with friends, both male and female. At one point, according to People, he jumped into a private pool next to his bungalow and floated around on a beach ball.

Girls, and even a few cops, stopped by for chats. "He looked right at home mingling with everyone, getting in and out of the pool and having a great time," on hotel guest told the Mirror tabloid. "He was getting quite a bit of attention from the ladies."

Another guest told People: "He definitely loved the attention, but he looked to be a gentleman with all the women."

The Daily Beast reported that Harry hit the craps tables later that night and spent the next day at the Encore Beach Club at the Wynn.

This isn't Harry first visit to Sin City. Last November he hit town for some parties during his two-month Apache helicopter training program.

Then, like now, he did not go about his business unnoticed. Not that Harry seemed to mind. He is very much at ease in a crowd and doesn't let his celebrity get in the way of a good time.

He also seems to understand that -- unlike less visible patrons --"what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" is a phrase that doesn't apply to him.
